Looks like somebody bought a new camera!
I've actually had it for some time, and I carry it around in case I have time to document the next time someone tries to do me in. I just started to use it for more mundane purposes, though.

As you no doubt recall, the Lindbergh kidnapping case was broken when a bank employee noticed a number written on a $50 bill. The number turned out to be the license plate on a Dodge owned by Bruno Hauptmann, an illegal alien who was eventually convicted and executed.
Your bill is only $1 and with inflation, I suspect Ralph is only guilty of shoplifting a 3 Musketeers bar. Probably not worth turning over to the authorities, but it's your call.

Back when I used to do the closing bookwork for a restaurant, I would put my initials and the date on the backs of a lot of $1 bills that were going into the bank deposit, to see if any of them ever worked their way back to me.
So far, not a one.
